Audio Greetings
  • Text-to-Speech: This option allows clients to type out their greeting, which is then read aloud by an automated voice.

  • Email a WAV file: Clients can record their greeting in a compatible format and email it as a WAV file for upload.

  • Record via a phone call: The system can call a phone number and record their greeting directly over the phone, which is then saved for use.

Dial Pad Menu
  1. User: Routes the call directly to a specific user or extension.
  2. Conference: Connects the caller to a conference call room.
  3. Call Queue: Places the caller in a queue until an agent becomes available.
  4. Directory: Provides access to a company directory where callers can search for employees by name or extension.
  5. Voicemail: Directs the caller to leave a voicemail message.
  6. Voicemail Management: Allows callers to manage voicemail settings or access saved messages.
  7. External Number: Routes the call to an external phone number outside the system.
  8. Play Message: Plays a predefined audio message for the caller.
  9. Repeat Prompt: Repeats the current menu prompt for clarity.
