Button Mapping

The Call Pickup option was missed in your list. arrange the list in alphabetical order by the left column

Here is the updated and alphabetically arranged list of button options and their descriptions:

Call BackAllows users to return missed calls directly from the phone interface.
Call PickupAllows users to answer a call ringing on another extension within the same group.
Call QueueDisplays incoming calls waiting to be answered in a queue.
DND (Do Not Disturb)Prevents incoming calls from ringing on your phone; sends them directly to voicemail or busy tone.
ESILikely represents a feature specific to your phone system (e.g., enhanced system integration).
External SPDSpeed dial for external numbers outside the organization.
FWD (Forward)Forwards calls to another number or extension automatically.
IntercomEnables direct communication with another extension, often used for announcements.
Internal SPDSpeed dial for internal extensions within the organization (e.g., colleagues).
Line 1, Line 2, etc.Represents individual phone lines for making and receiving calls. Each line corresponds to a unique extension.
Log I/OLogs in or out of the phone system, often used for hot-desking setups.
Park 10, Park 11Specific parking spots for holding calls, identified by their numbers (e.g., 10, 11).
Park CallPlaces an active call into a designated parking spot, allowing retrieval from another device.
Park RetrievalRetrieves a call that has been parked (placed on hold in a shared "parking spot").
PrivateEnables private mode, preventing interruptions or monitoring on the line.
Rec Pause/ResumePauses or resumes an ongoing call recording session.
RecordInitiates call recording for active conversations.
Trsf VM (Transfer Voicemail)Transfers an active call directly to another user's voicemail box without ringing their phone.
