Button Mapping

Users have the ability to edit their own button mapping through their eConsole Portal.  Call support for your login, or any assistance.
Assistance in the eConsole can be found in the Understanding You eConsole Dashboard.

Button Name Description
Call Back Allows users to return missed calls directly from the phone interface.
Call Pickup Allows users to answer a call ringing on another extension within the same group.
Call Queue Displays incoming calls waiting to be answered in a queue.
DND (Do Not Disturb) Prevents incoming calls from ringing on your phone; sends them directly to voicemail or busy tone.
External SPD Speed dial for external numbers outside the organization.
FWD (Forward) Forwards calls to another number or extension automatically.
Intercom Enables direct communication with another extension, often used for announcements.
Internal SPD Speed dial for internal extensions within the organization (e.g., colleagues).
Line 1, Line 2, etc. Represents individual phone lines for making and receiving calls. Each line corresponds to a unique extension.
Log I/O Logs in or out of the phone system, often used for hot-desking setups.
Park 10, Park 11 Specific parking spots for holding calls, identified by their numbers (e.g., 10, 11).
Park Call Places an active call into a designated parking spot, allowing retrieval from another device.
Park Retrieval Retrieves a call that has been parked (placed on hold in a shared "parking spot").
Private Enables private mode, preventing interruptions or monitoring on the line.
Rec Pause/Resume Pauses or resumes an ongoing call recording session.
Record Initiates call recording for active conversations.
Trsf VM (Transfer Voicemail) Transfers an active call directly to another user's voicemail box without ringing their phone.
