Your eConsole Dashboard
Overview
This article explains the key sections of your eConsole dashboard, which is your personal portal for managing your Hosted VoIP extension. The dashboard provides access to voicemail, call history, phone settings, and other features.
Dashboard Sections

Voicemail Messages

Located at the top under "NEW VOICEMAIL MESSAGES"

Displays sender information, date, and duration of voicemails
- Available action for messages in voicemail

- Listen to Voicemail - Click the play button (▶) to listen to the message directly in your browser.
- Call to Play (Call Extension) - Select this option to have the system call your phone and play the voicemail over the call.
- Forward - Forward the voicemail to another extension or email address.
- Download - Save the voicemail as an audio file (e.g., .WAV or .MP3) to your device.
- Save - Keep the voicemail in your inbox (prevents automatic deletion).
- Delete - Remove the voicemail from your inbox permanently.

Recent Call History

Displays call information, number, name, date and duration.
- Click to Call

Simply click on the phone number or extension listed in the table.

The system will automatically initiate a call from:

Your desktop IP phone (if connected)

Your webphone/softphone (if enabled)

Active Answering Rule

Shows your current, active answering rule.
- examples include, "Out to Lunch" or "Extended Away"

Currently set to "Default" (likely meaning no special forwarding rules are active)

Conference Participants

Lists participants in any active conference calls

Displays registered devices for your extension

- Users have the ability to edit their button mapping to fit their needs.
